Base rates

Base rates are the minimum wage rates for Estonian Actors' Union members for working in theatre, film, television, radio, advertising, and audiobook reading. The actual pay is agreed upon in a contract between the parties.

Base rates have been approved by the Estonian Actors' Union's general assembly decision on 05.12.2022.
